Dr. Prasant Kumar, the driving force behind Ingress Biosolutions, is a passionate researcher with an agricultural background. During his Ph.D., he delved into the realm of probiotics, which sparked his interest in beneficial microbes and their potential impact on human and plant health. As an Assistant Professor, he took on the role of a technical advisor in Agro- industries, a position that helped to realize the condition of agriculture excessive use of chemicals in agriculture. This realization, coupled with his agricultural expertise, prompted him to explore sustainable solutions for plant growth, adaptation, and protection.
Ingress Biosolutions was supported by Biotech Policy 2016-21 in its entrepreneurial journey, and also was guided for human resources and industry knowledge.
